Cancellation and No-Show Policy

1.1 Cancellation

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within the specified notice period will receive a full refund of any deposit paid (if applicable).

1.2 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee up to $35 of the service cost, or result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

1.3 No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you may be charged the full amount of the missed service or forfeit your deposit.

Repeated no-shows may lead to refusal of future service bookings.
