Appointments can be made by phone, email, through our website, or in person at the reception desk.

You may be required to provide contact information and, for certain treatments, health or medical information to ensure we can safely provide the service.

Some treatments or packages may require a deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits are applied to the final cost of your treatment or package.

You will receive a confirmation email or text message once your appointment is booked.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within the specified notice period will receive a full refund of any deposit paid (if applicable).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee up to $35 of the service cost, or result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you may be charged the full amount of the missed service or forfeit your deposit.

Repeated no-shows may lead to refusal of future service bookings.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your treatment may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other guests.

If your appointment is shortened due to late arrival, the full treatment price may still apply.

Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other factors that may affect your treatment experience or the safety of our services.

Our staff are not medical professionals, and any recommendations are for general wellness purposes only. For specific medical concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

For the comfort of all guests, please maintain a quiet, relaxed environment. We respectfully request that you silence your mobile devices and speak softly.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a guest’s conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or poses a threat to the well-being of other guests or staff.

Lockers may be provided for guests to store their personal belongings. However, we recommend leaving valuables at home.

Spa De La Vie is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Some locations may also accept digital payments (e.g., mobile wallets).

All payments must be made in the local currency, unless otherwise specified.

Prices for treatments, packages, and products are subject to change without notice.

Any promotional or discounted pricing is valid only for the specified time frame or promotion.

Gift cards and vouchers can be used toward Services and retail products unless otherwise specified.

They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please note expiration dates and any conditions of use stated on the gift card or voucher.

Spa De La Vie reserves the right to refuse expired cards or vouchers.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that treatments, including but not limited to massages, facials, or other wellness services, carry inherent risks. You agree to assume all such risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spa De La Vie and its affiliates, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Spa De La Vie harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our Services or any violation of these Terms.

We collect personal data necessary for booking and providing services, including contact details and any health information you choose to disclose.

Your information is used only for the purposes of scheduling, providing treatments, processing payments, and other necessary administrative tasks.

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to fulfill services (e.g., payment processors).

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, images, and designs, is the property of Spa De La Vie or its content suppliers.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of the Spa’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

Your continued use of our Services after any changes to these Terms indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of state of Florida.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of state of Florida.
